In the paper “Some Considerations on the Electrolysis of Water from Sodium Hydroxide Solutions,” by Edward A. Fletcher cited above, there is a typographical error on the bottom of page 144 which has been corrected below. We apologize for this error.

The currently accepted values for the melting and normal boiling points of NaOH are 596 K and 1827 K. Over this range, the saturation pressure of NaOH is adequately represented by $log10Psat=5.113−9336.6/T$ Jane Davidson Editor
